Brickyard Plantation is one of the few neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant where you can find a large selection of solid brick or brick-front homes. Its location midway off Highway 17 (just past Boone Hall Plantation) makes it a much shorter commute than most communities in its price range. Home buyers tend to love the atmosphere of Brickyard Plantation, and boaters enjoy the community dock facilities and boat ramp (hard amenities to find in Mt. Pleasant). You’ll find tons of shopping, restaurant, and movie options within a 10-minute drive. Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island beaches are also just 10 minutes away! The most affordable subsections of Brickyard are The Colonnade, Boone Grove, and The Preserve. These sections located towards the front of the community have a mix of brick, cement plank, and vinyl exteriors. The Colonnade’s only entrance is off Hwy 41 since the marsh and creeks keep it separate from the rest of Brickyard. In the higher priced Daniel’s Landing, Brickyard
